The Bench Guarantee: Returns & Recalibration

We stand behind every unit that leaves our bench. All refurbished iPod purchases and completed repair services are covered under the following terms:

90-Day Return Window You may request a return within 90 days of delivery for any reason — no explanation required. This applies to all customers globally, including EU/EEA buyers whose statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive are fully preserved.

How It Works Contact us first — we'll run a remote diagnostic before any return is initiated. If a mechanical failure or defect in restoration work is confirmed, we'll issue a prepaid return label for recalibration or replacement at no cost to you.

Exclusions The following are not covered under this guarantee:

  • Accidental drops, impact damage, or water immersion
  • Units opened or serviced by non-certified third parties after delivery
  • Data loss inherent to legacy hardware

Surgical Repair Parts Replacement components carry a 90-day structural warranty. Labor is non-refundable once work has been completed and the unit has shipped.
